Please review the following terms regarding payments, refundable deposits, equipment and refunds.
The following policy applies to WorldSpace Broadband Service customers and covers prepaid plans, security deposits, installation charges, equipment and refunds.
All plans are prepaid in nature.
An ONU security deposit of Rs. 500/- is applicable. This security deposit is refundable, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Installation charges and package amounts are non-refundable.
Power supply, LAN cabling and internal concealing of wiring, if required, shall be arranged by the customer.
Cheque return charges of Rs. 350/- will be applicable for any reason whatsoever.
The refundable amount will be processed within 7 working days.
All equipment connected at the customer's premises (CPE), including switches, Cat5/Cat6 cables and fiber optic cables, remains the sole property of WSNS PVT LTD.
At the time of disconnection, all such equipment must be handed over to WSNS PVT LTD in working condition. If any equipment is lost, misplaced or damaged, the customer shall be responsible for the applicable material cost.
Customers must carry the ONU device, along with its power adapter, while shifting to a new location. The ONU must be returned in working condition.
If the ONU device is misplaced or damaged, a charge of Rs. 500/- will be applicable.
